By submitting any photo, text, or other content or information to Waboba, you hereby represent and warrant that the submitted photo, video text, or other content or information does not infringe on any copyright or trademark, any rights of privacy or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party. You hereby represent and warrant that you have the right to transfer the photo, video, text, or other content or information to Waboba free and clear of any claims or encumbrances.
You acknowledge and agree that Waboba shall have no obligation to post, display, or otherwise make publicly available any photo, video, text, or content or other information submitted by you.
You further understand and intend that any photo, video, text, and other content or information submitted by you to Waboba may be available for viewing, rating, reviewing, and commenting by the public. You understand that comments or ratings that you disagree with or are unhappy about may be published or otherwise become associated with any photo, text, or other content or information that you submit to Waboba. By submitting any photo, text, or other content or information to Waboba, you hereby waive any privacy expectations that you may have with respect to any such photo, video, text, or other content or information submitted by you to Waboba.
You hereby agree to hold Waboba and its officers, directors, employees, successors, and assigns harmless from and against, and hereby waive any right to pursue, any claims of any nature arising in connection with Waboba’s use of the photos, videos, text, or other content or information submitted by you to Waboba and used in any manner in Waboba’s sole and absolute discretion.
Price & Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard. To ensure that shopping online is secure, when paying by credit/debit card your details will be encrypted.
We always try to make sure that the prices on waboba.com are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
Prices are quoted on waboba.com in multiple currencies – if your currency is not listed your credit card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate. Please note that waboba.com cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Your credit card company may also carry out additional security checks to confirm it is you making the Order. In the event your card is declined please contact your card issuer to authorize the transaction.
All Order details and invoices will be sent to the credit card billing address and not the delivery address where the named recipient of the Order differs.
Delivery & Shipment
You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address you specify.
Delivery may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should advise you the charges due or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and waboba.com is not responsible for them. If these local import/custom charges are refused or not paid by the customer, then the item could be returned to waboba.com or possibly destroyed if too expensive to return. Please note: If this happens, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned product/s minus any costs incurred in returning them to waboba.com.
If the Products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us and we will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund the money you have paid. Please Order from waboba.com with enough time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as waboba.com cannot be responsible for this.
We try to keep waboba.com as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that particular Product will always be available. If we can’t supply a Product you will not be charged for it and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us.
If you are not satisfied with your item purchased from Waboba please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Send us your receipt of the purchase, a photo of the product together with an explanation why you are not satisfied and we will either give you the option to either have a full refund or exchange it (see exchanges).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds granted: (if applicable) Any item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
The refund policy only lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone past since your purchase we can't offer you a refund. (We can still offer an exchange, see exhanges)
Once your complaint has been read, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to recommended use. (see product folder) If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org including a photo of the faulty ball together with a description of how the item has been used.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
