Where is my tracking number for my order?
You will receive an email with USPS tracking once your order ships. Be sure to check your spam folder just in case.
I’m leaving for vacation in a few days. Can I expedite my order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time. All orders ship first class mail via USPS.
What is the shipping time for the order?
All orders arrive within 7 business days. If an order is delayed, it’s because an item is on backorder and all orders don’t ship until complete.
Note: Due to Covid-19, USPS may take longer than usual to deliver your package.
Can you ship internationally?
We do, but not under the us.waboba.com website, which is for the USA only.
For international orders, make sure you’re on waboba.com and click the flag icon in the upper right corner next to the cart icon for EU and International.
My product is damaged, what should I do?
Send an email to email@example.com with an image of your defective product detailing the issue.
